We understand O1 applicants can be engaged in flexible arrangements and we can serve as O1 agent for the application.
Selective Engagement
We take up to one O-1 case per month. Each engagement receives the attorney's full attention from strategy through filing. Fees are discussed during consultation.

For most of the O1 cases, we can make the filing within two months of engagement.

Tim specializes in O-1 cases that other attorneys have declined or deemed unwinnable. His clients typically come to him after being told their profile is too weak, too unconventional, or too difficult to package. These clients almost always leave with an approved visa.
He has built successful cases for startup founders, investors, influencers, designers, filmmakers, and musicians whose work defies standard evidentiary frameworks.
Tim holds a JD from Georgetown University Law Center with a specialization in tax, and a bachelor's degree from Peking University. He is admitted to the California and District of Columbia bars.
